Each Prayer Diary has an overall theme, in this case
'Blessed Is She Who Has Believed'
"Blesses is she who has believed that what the Lord has said to her will be accomplished." Luke 1. 45
For each day there is an overall HIV/AIDS topic to bring before God in intercession. This is followed by a passage from Scripture relating to the theme followed by a prayer to guide our intercession.
In the Prayer Diaries that we send out by email and post to our signed up intercessors, we include also, the details of the specific individuals and organisations who have requested that we intercede for them. These details have been removed from the this web version to protect the confidentiality of the individuals.
MONDAY
Our Intercessors around the world
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you have asked for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours."
Mark 11.34
Lord, we ask for the gift of faith that moves mountains, so that each person with HIV/AIDS for whom we pray, in your name, may receive your healing touch in body, mind, and spirit.

TUESDAY
Women and Children affected by HIV/AIDS
"And he took the children in his arms, and put his hands on them and blessed them."
Mark 10.16
As Mary was blessed by the visitation of the angel, so we ask Jesus to reach out and touch each child affected by HIV/AIDS. Take them in your arms and bless them. Heal and restore them by your Holy Spirit.

Caring Groups
"Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them."
John 13.17
We pray for each organisation caring for individuals and families suffering from HIV/AIDS. Let them be your hands and feet, Lord Jesus, as they care for others in your name.

THURSDAY
HIV/AIDS & Drugs and HIV/AIDS Medication
“Jesus said, "Everything is possible for him who believes." Immediately the boy's father exclaimes, "I do believe; help me in my unbelief."
Matthew 9.36
Father, we believe that you love each one as your son or daughter and that nothing is too difficult for you. Break the hold of addictive drugs over your people, and free them to use medication wisely and well.

HIV Patients
“Jesus said, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering."
John 6.57
We call out to you Lord, for each person suffering from HIV/AIDS. Bless them Lord with truse faith in you, so that they may be healed in body, mind, and spirit.

“Believe when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves."
John 14.11
Thank you Jesus, that you teach us both with your words and with your actions. Release in us true faith in you so that the miracles you did on earth will happen again in our lives.

The Very Ill and Bereaved

Thank you Father, for all who have died in your peace, the peace of God. They, surely, as you promised, have passed from death into life.
